We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: 17, Avenue De Verdun, Fontenay-Trésigny, 77610, France If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not France, it may take longer for your goods to be shipped than expected. Damage and problems Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such than beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 3-day reflection period in the European Union Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If your request is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
